We are here to help you with any information or support you or your family may need.

We can help you with lots of different things including;

• School and the support you get in school
• Leaving school and working out what happens next
• Making friends and finding groups in your area that you can join
• Worries you have about money
• Worries or concerns about your health
• Wanting to live on your own

We can help with lots of other things as well. If you have a question just ask us.

Our team is made up of 6 people who work across Scotland.
